Can my ipod accessories work with a zune?

I’ve had an Ipod for about 5 years. My Ihome, Car Stereo, even massage chair all have made for Ipod connectors. Is there any way I could use a Zune with these? A dongle would be great.

    You might want to check out, they have great prices on Zune accessories, but for the most part the iPod accessories will not work with the zune.
